I recently noticed that the glass measuring cup I’ve used for years is inaccurate . The measuring sc ale is about half a centimeter higher on one side than the other.

If you’re inserting from the top, and measuring where it ends. That’s pretty dang short.

I found a 10mm socket that I have is not 10mms. It’s from a Husky 1/4 drive set I’ve had for YEARS. But it’s the deep well, and well I don’t use it much.

The other day I thought I was loosing my mind because I was taking the seat off my Yamaha and I could not find anything that fit the bolts. Not a 10mm, not a 9mm, not an 11mm. I grabbed my standard sockets and tried a few of those. I was abo it to get the vice grips, but instead I grabbed a 10mm wrench worked perfect.

Some how the socket in my set is like 10.5mms.
